Fareed Farukhi

Mr. M. Fareed Farukhi, CPA, is the Managing Partner at Farukhi & Company, LLP in Orange, CA, with over 35 years of experience in tax, business consulting, and M&A. The firm advises small to mid-size companies, high-net-worth individuals, and non-profit organizations on strategic, financial, and tax matters.

Mr. Farukhi has served on numerous for-profit and non-profit boards, as a Commissioner with the Orange County Human Relations Commission and currently serves on the Board of Vibrant Minds Charter Academy. He has led organizations such as New Horizon School System and the Islamic Society of Orange County, and has supported programs like GOALS Academy, addressing the needs of underserved communities. He is also active in civic engagement, interfaith initiatives, and social programs focusing on homelessness, education, healthcare, and cultural understanding.

Founder and Chairman of Universal Heritage, Mr. Farukhi promotes cross-cultural education, research, and peace-building through arts and culture. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he launched Harmony Bites, a non-profit providing food, skills training, and job opportunities to address food insecurity in Los Angeles and Orange County.
