Sarah Klein

Director

Sarah Klein is an aspiring rabbi, educator, and programmer entering her fourth year at the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies in Los Angeles. She also holds a master’s degree in Jewish Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary.

Originally from Metro Detroit, Sarah has served as a program director at several Conservative synagogues in Michigan and spent two years studying at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem before entering rabbinical school. Her diverse interests—including psychology, philosophy, and curating a Motown record collection—inform and enrich her approach to Jewish education and community leadership.

Sarah currently serves as a Rabbinic Intern at Hamakom, a Conservative synagogue in West Hills, California, and previously worked as a Spiritual Counselor at Beit Teshuvah, a Jewish addiction recovery center in Los Angeles.
