Throughout the academic year of 2019 – 2020, Yael co-planned and participated in InterSem, a local interfaith seminarian retreat, with other seminary students from Southern California.
Growing up in Los Angeles, she was inspired by her grandfather, Rabbi Paul Dubin, who was very involved in interfaith work, and she has benefited from attending a number of interfaith services over the years. Yael has always found deep meaning in the coming together of people of all faiths.
